The Sands Beach Club 312 beach vacation rental condo is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The one-bedroom units at Sands Beach Club are appointed with a king-sized bed and private bathroom in the bedroom. Each unit has a removable kitchen cabinet for better access in the kitchen, ramps to assist into the entry door, ramps to assist onto the balcony, extra grab bars in both bathrooms, and lever door handles for easier opening and closing of all doors. These spacious oceanfront suites also feature fully-furnished kitchens complete with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, double sink, dishes and utensils, microwave, and toaster. Contact with the nearby ocean can be achieved by lounging on your ocean-view private balcony. Accessible Guest Room Features: 4 specific two bedroom units in the Phase 11 building are located on the 2nd floor, near elevator access; these units have been modified but not designated. Heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities are provided. Boasting an ocean view, this spacious air-conditioned suite features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a seating area with a sofa bed. The private bathroom has a hairdryer and free toiletries.
